	A:	Simply click on Forgot Password, enter either your email address or username, and your date of birth, and we'll send you your password.
	Q:	Can I change my password?
	A:	Just go to My Account and follow the easy steps.
	Q:	What are the guidelines for posting a video?
	A:	We reserve the right to edit or reject any video at our discretion. Videos will not appear on the site until they are approved. --Content-- Nude, obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive video will not be posted outside of "Causal Encounter." You must be in the video by yourself and clearly visible. Videos containing your contact info will be edited or will not be posted. Video length must not exceed 30 sec. or 2 Mb.
	Q:	How do I post a video?
	A:	We offer 2 options to post your video. Option 1: Upload a video. To upload a video directly from your computer, go to My Video, and select "Upload Video" and follow the instructions. Once approved, uploaded video will be posted. Due to the volume of videos that we receive, it may take 24 to 72 hours for your video to appear on your profile. Option 2: Email a Video When you email your video, please include the following information: First and last name Meet My Date username Meet My Date registered email address Birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy) Photo file as attachment
	Q:	How long will it take for my video to post?
	A:	Due to the large number of videos submitted by email, posting may take up 24 to 72 hours. Send photos to videos@meetmydate.com.
	Q:	How can I create my own video?
	A:	Use a video camera to record video. Capture video onto computer. Compress to specification. Use a digital camera capable of capturing mpeg video. Download onto your computer. Use your webcam. Visit Meet My Date in San Francisco for FREE video capture. Email bone@meetmydate.com to set an appointment.
	Q:	Do I have to subscribe to search?
	A:	No. Based on your criteria, start searching and meet your date.
	Q:	Do I have to subscribe to meet?
	A:	Yes. You must first create a profile. You will then be able to email individuals based on your search criteria.

	Q:	How do I renew my subscription?
	A:	Based on the subsciption package selected, your subsription will renew automatically to insure continuous service.
	Q:	How do I email another member?
	A:	You must first register to email another member.
	Q:	Is my email anonymous?
	A:	Yes. For your protection and the security of others, your email will be anonymous.
	Q:	Do I have to subscribe to reply?
	A:	If a member sends you an email, simply reply like you would any other email.
	Q:	How do I resign?
	A:	Simply send us an email at resign@meetmydate.com. Include your username. You must send us an email from the address we have for you on our database.
	Q:	What happens when I resign?
	A:	You risk the chance of being single for the rest of your life because you will no longer be able to communicate with another member. You will be able to preview their video and take advantage of other free services.
